Students are constantly looking for clues as to whether or not they are wanted. It is important for educators to be exceedingly aware, even on a surface level, of what information a student is putting forward about themselves and to think about how this information might be an entry point to engage with a hidden strength of that student. This session focuses on identifying and responding to these cues in the moment.
