Who We Work With

Eskolta works with alternative and traditional high schools serving students who have previously been underserved by the traditional education system, as well as school districts and nonprofits engaged in innovative work across New York City, Boston, and Washington, DC

Schools

Eskolta partners with alternative high schools and middle schools that specialize in supporting students who have been previously underserved by the education system. Known in NYC as “transfer schools,” these are small schools that offer a supportive and meaningful educational experience alongside social-emotional, post-secondary planning, attendance, and other wrap-around services.

Districts

Eskolta works extensively with districts to understand the needs and perspectives of educators serving alternative middle and high school students and provide guidance and support to guide policy changes.

Nonprofits

Eskolta works with nonprofit organizations that partner with alternative public schools school students, particularly students in who are over-age and under-credited or are in the process of re-engaging in their education after a break.
